4.  We also provide extensive advertising of your property on the Nevada County Commerce web network. This web

      network offers free advertising to local businesses, and the web network averages 23,000 monthly visitors.

5.     Shorts Sale Expertise-   When a situation calls for a short sale, you need someone that has the right tools to get the job done.   We provide short sale facilitating with your lender, so there is no extra cost to either you, your lender, or your buyer.

6.    Selling By Owner?-  We are pleased to now be offering a low cost service for folks selling or buying real estate by owner.   We can do all the paperwork, and help you with all the disclosures and inspections for a very low fee.

Thinking of Buying?

1.    Our Buyers have online access to 3 Multiple Listing Services and can browse the homes for sale online.

2.    We also provide our buyers with Instant Notification of new listings as they come on the market.

3.   Our Buyers get a Rebate to use for their closing costs at the close of escrow.  Our rebate is credited at the close of escrow and is based on 1/3 of  1% times the purchase price.   For instance.  If you buy  a house for $250,000 you will get a rebate of $832.  If you buy a house for $620,000 you will get a rebate for $2,067.   It is great way to offset your closing costs.

4.   Home Warranty-  We provide all our home buyers  with a home warranty for the first year.  If something breaks, it is likely covered.
